The V Sharpening Tool has been designed to be easy and intuitive to use, with its advanced sharpening technology, it provides a consistent and razor-sharp edge in just 20 swipes. We recommend 10 swipes on the “coarse” carbon steel compartment and 10 final swipes on the “fine” ceramic one.
